When we called Kit for the first time to help my husband and I buy a house we were very cautious. We had already been through 2 bad experiences trying to buy a home and didn't want a 3rd. I told Kit that I wasn't looking for a permanent realtor, but if she wanted to look into a few things for us that was fine. From the beginning Kit bent over backwards trying to help us. There was one evening she couldn't meet us, but instead of canceling she sent a coworker to meet us. Throughout everything she was kind, professional, informative and eager to show us houses anytime we were available. One of the many things that we remember the most out of our experience with Kit is that we felt safe. We trusted her to do her best to find us the home we wanted and we have been nothing but pleased and blessed to say we found it. (less)
